Why I Love a Good French Dip

I really enjoyed it.
The recipe uses an easy-to-make white onion soup base.
Here is the recipe: 3 medium onions 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey 1 cup cilantro 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp butter 1 cup red wine 1 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup white wine vinegar (or any other wine vinegar you prefer) 1 tsp kosher salt 2 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp thyme 1 tsp dried parsley 2 tsp onion powder (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine onions, turkey, cilantro, garlic, and butter in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until onions are soft, about 5 minutes.
Transfer onions to a plate.
Add chicken broth, wine, vinegar, salt, and thyme.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off heat.
Add oreganos, parsley, onion powder, onion, and broth mixture.
Simmers for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in salt.
Add parsley and thymed herbs to taste.
Serve with white rice.
