Fashion mall chain Kawaii Fashion has acquired Kawaii, a Japanese fashion outlet store and boutique chain, for US$2.3 billion

Kawaii, an online fashion retailer, has been acquired by Japanese fashion chain Kawai.

The two companies will merge their brands, Kawaii Style and Kawaii Beauty, with the combined entity to become Kawaii.

The purchase of Kawaii has been expected since the chain’s founder, Yuki Tsuruta, launched a company called the Japanese-American Women’s Fashion Association in 2003.

Since then, Kawai has grown into one of the world’s largest online retailers of Japanese fashion.

It currently has over 6,000 locations in 32 countries.

It operates in a variety of fashion categories, including kawaii and kawai-esque, and has a dedicated team of designers.

The company was founded in 1997 and has had success in the US and Europe, with stores such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, and Burberry.

The chain now has an estimated 30 stores in the United States and Canada.

Tsuruta has also built a loyal following in Japan.

Last year, he announced that Kawaii had been selected as the 2016 World Fashion Designer of the Year.

He has also been credited as the “creator” of Japanese clothing for the fashion industry.

In a statement released on Sunday, Kawaukis founder and CEO Katsumi Suzuki said, “The acquisition of Kawai and Kawai Style is an important step in the expansion of our brand and our relationship with Japanese fashion brands.

We look forward to working together with Kawaii to expand our footprint into new markets.”

Kawaii Style, which was founded by Tsurutas father, Yoshihiko Kawaii and is now owned by the company, is a full-service fashion boutique and fashion retail store.

It opened its first shop in the Japanese capital in March of 2016 and operates in four locations in Tokyo.

Its products are sold through online and through retail outlets.

T suruta said that Kawai had become a key partner for Kawaii in the past five years.

“We are pleased to join forces with the Japanese fashion industry to deliver a new wave of Japanese luxury,” he said.

“Kawai will continue to expand its reach to other markets, while expanding the brands of its original founders.”

According to its website, Kawiiy has more than 1,500 locations worldwide.
